Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 20–45 calendar days. This is an estimate and transit delays may occur.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is greater than US$30. Any shipping charge for an order at or below US$30 is shown at checkout before payment.
How long do refunds take?
Once an authorized return is received and approved, we normally issue the refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Banks or payment providers may need extra time to post it.
How can I get tracking or help with a missing parcel?
Email moutubinstosh@outlook.com with your order number to request available tracking information. If the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, subject to availability and applicable law.
