These Terms of Service apply to your use of [honeyandhue.shop](https://honeyandhue.shop) and purchases from PERFORMANCE FLOORS & COATING, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies published on our website. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our store.

## Use of the store

You must not interfere with the store's security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use the store to submit fraudulent, infringing, or abusive material.

## Products, prices, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Appearance may vary by screen or device. Prices, product details, and availability may change, but a change will not alter an order we have accepted unless correction is required by law or agreed with you. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

## Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfillment, subject to payment authorization and reasonable fraud, inventory, and address checks. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, an incorrect listing, a stock issue, or a delivery restriction.
