# Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made at [honeyandhue.shop](https://honeyandhue.shop), operated by PERFORMANCE FLOORS & COATING, LLC.

## 30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible returns are free. Email moutubinstosh@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable. Please wait for our instructions before sending an item back.

## Return condition and exclusions

Items should be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. This condition requirement does not apply to items that are defective, damaged in transit, or sent in error.

Personalized or made-to-order items, digital products after delivery, perishable goods, opened hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless defective or applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the United States, United Kingdom, or your place of residence.

## Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, email moutubinstosh@outlook.com promptly with your order number, a description, and photos if available. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund without additional return cost when the issue is confirmed.

## Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and approved, we normally issue the refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If the refund has not appeared after that time, contact moutubinstosh@outlook.com.

## Shipping and taxes

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is greater than US$30. Any shipping charge for orders of US$30 or less is displayed at checkout before payment. We do not request a separate tax or import-duty payment at delivery; applicable amounts are included in the checkout total or handled by us where required by law. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by applicable law.
